We guarantee the books you purchase will reach you in good condition as our packing is of the highest standard. If your goods don't arrive in pristine order please return the item(s) to us within 10 days and we will be happy to exchange the item for one in perfect condition. Occasionally publishers may increase their price unexpectedly which we usually only discover when ordering new stock. In the event this occurs we will check with you to see if you still want to keep your order in at the new price. All goods are sold on a firm sale base only and returns or exchanges are not possible.
