We have a very simple policy.. and all our prices are in USA dollars ..(we can help convert these for you if needs be)

we take checks in USA

bank transfers in Europe and elsewhere.

The shopping process we have decided upon is quaint in terms of what we are all used to with online buying but its how we want to work..no credit card costs for one, costs for securing sites, all extras that add up for a small company.

To shop essentially you follow this 5 step process none of which is rocket science.

1. browse the site

2. choose what you wish

3. email isabel@florandcompany .com and cc sophie@editoconsult.com,irishtown@mac.com your choice..we provide all these email addreses not to confuse you but to ensure if a server is down at least one email will make it to us.

DO ALL THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO PAYPAL.....

WHY?

WE MAY HAVE JUST RUN OUT OF THE BOOK YOU WANT..

And its awfully messy to have to revert Paypal payments especially if you do this directly and we dont have your desired book.
This is a very important step to take note of .

3. we then reply telling you the cost of your order and the postage or shipping costs..regular or express (and insurance if necessary)

4. you send a check or bank transfer or PAYPAL process

5. when this is all done we ship post off to you, give you info for tracking and trace and like to hear from you when the package has arrived. may sound longwinded but we think its the way to help you and us keep in touch . t
